There are  homes that are  furnished already, but not up to date and needs rejuvenation. Instead of bringing in brand new furniture, we de-clutter the rooms, eliminate and re-arrange existing furniture  and accessorize them with NEW home decor accessories. Basically, we just give it a fresh, up to date look, a facelift if you will.
Buyers love homes that feel newer and well maintained. This process costs the fraction of the time and money of the traditional full home staging. In this case we make an empty home look like a "Model Home", bringing in all the furniture and accessories. A lot of homes here in the greater Palm Springs area being bought by "snowbirds" (seasonal residents), or vacation rental investors. Newly furnished homes are in high demandand more preferred  than vacant or poorly furnished homes. We can provide new furnishings along with decor accessories that can be offered for sale with the home. Price varies by property size, condition and circumstances.
