I'm also a professional Home Stager, so my knowledge and skill in home presentation is a bonus. During the process I also obtain feedback, research market activity, hold effective open houses and coordinate with escrow to make sure all the paperwork is in order.
• BUYING A SECOND HOME OR RELOCATING TO THE COACHELLA VALLEY?
I had lived in different parts of the world before settled down and started out as a real estate broker in Portland, Oregon in 2007. In the meantime we maintained a vacation home here in the Coachella Valley with my husband and when finally we decided to move to the Desert full time, I obtained my California real estate license to help my fellow "re-locators". I have been there and done that, so I know the difficulties of finding your way around and settle in a new place. I can assist you in collecting the information you need, to make the right decision and make your transition as smooth as possible. I believe commission should be fair and reasonable. In this online driven changing market there is no good reason to charge the same old comission. Charging you less will save you thousands of dollars, so you get more when you list with me!
